Step 1 - 
Wet head of post






Step 2 - 

Build profile on post

Step 3 - Take measurement from centre of ears - width measurement. Mark these off on your profile with your short sticks and fill in.


Step 4 - Using your long sticks, measure the length from Adam's inner ear mid-point, to the bridge of his nose and begin building this out remembering to mark out the bridge with sticks.

Step 5 - Continue measuring and filling out
